..So I Couldn't Resist : Priceline 40% OFF Cosmetics Haul

On Tuesday I uploaded a post about the super exciting sale Priceline was having on the 23rd and 24th of this month, April 2013. Unfortunately this sale is over now but, for two days only, they were offering 40% off all cosmetics. Of course I took advantage of the sale (I mean, I had to) and now I'm here to show you what I picked up.

I didn't go overboard and, given how many products I'd love to try at the moment, I think I was quite restrained! I also picked up a few essential items that weren't on sale but as I said, they were essentials, and, well, when in Rome..

To see what I bought, keep reading!

Rimmel London Match Perfection Foundation in #102 Light Nude
I've started to try a few more of the Rimmel London products and this is just the latest to add to my collection. I wanted to pick up the Wake Me Up foundation also to compare them but that seemed a little greedy, especially given how many unfinished foundations I already own.
This product retails for $17.95 but I got it for $10.77

Clean & Clear Essentials Oil-Control Toner
I'm a big fan of this toner. This is my third bottle in about a month (I think I go through it too fast) but I think it does a great job of restoring my skin's PH and removing any excess product.
This product was $6.49 and not on sale

Clean & Clear Advantage Continuous Control Acne Cleanser
Before this I was using the cleanser that came in the Clean & Clear Advantage Pimple Control Kit 4.0 Pack. There's a tiny bit in that cleanser left but I've decided to give the Continuous Control Acne Cleanser a try. I've heard really good things about this so we'll see.
This product was $12.99 and not on sale

Covergirl Outlast Stay Brilliant Nail Gloss in #300 Vio-Last
I have wanted to try this nail polish formula ever since they came out so I took this opportunity to do so. I'm not a huge fan of purple in general (not specific to the nails) but a girl at work was wearing a pastel purple and it got me in the mood.
This product was $6.95 but I got it for $4.17

L'Oreal Paris Caresse Shine in #102 Romy
These products are super hyped up, especially with the comparisons to the YSL Glossy Stains, and I've considered buying one so many times but I can't really justify the $23.95 price tag. This was the perfect time to try it!
This product was $23.95 but I got it for $13.37

Maybelline Volum' Express The Colossal Cat Eyes Mascara
I have only tried one other Maybelline mascara, The Falsies Flared, but I really loved it. With that in mind, I thought this would be a good opportunity to try it.
This product was $19.25 but I got it for $11.55

Australis Make Up Finishing Spritz
I am almost out of my Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray and, given that I've started using it daily again, I wanted to see if this was a cheaper alternative.
This product was $14.95 but I got it for $8.97

So that's everything I picked up during the amazing 40% off cosmetics sale at Priceline. It was an opportunity too good to miss and I'm so glad I checked it out, even if I didn't get everything on my list. Did you pick up anything in this sale? Have you tried any of these products?
Always look your best,
Sophie
